Enliven Grove

Enliven Grove is a contemplative, community membership practice space. Here you are invited to join me and a small learning community to engage in foundational meditation practices and short teachings.

The calls are held twice/month and consist of roughly 30 minutes of meditation followed by 30 minutes of Q&A and discussion.

Calls are currently are held Tuesday 10am PST and Thursday 8am PST. No experience necessary.
