What Is This?
After years of leading elaborate retreats and fellowships, I'm offering something direct to the core of what I teach. This immersion focuses on what actually creates transformation: presence, authentic connection, and the courage to be fully here.
What We'll Do
Over two days together, we'll explore:
- Foundational Meditation - Building the groundwork of presence through guided contemplative practice.
- Relational Work - Intimate dyad and triad exercises that reveal how we show up (or don't) in connection.
- Live Group Coaching - Real-time, emergent coaching where participants bring actual challenges and receive support from Spencer.
- Short Teachings - Frameworks and distinctions that help you understand what's happening in your system and why these practices work.
- Integration - Weaving insights into practical understanding you can take into your daily life.
Who Is This For?
Anyone ready to connect more deeply with themselves and bring more to your relationships and leadership - whether you're new to this work or have years of practice as a coach or facilitator. The only requirement is willingness to show up authentically.
